UKM UDAYANA EXPO
The Student Executive Board of Udayana University through the Field of Interest, Talent, and Achievement carried out ORMAWA exhibition activities within Udayana University. The event was inaugurated directly by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs Prof. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, M.T., Ph.D., IPU. This activity was also attended by I Made Budiastrawan, S.Kom., MM as Sub-Coordinator of Reasoning, Information and Student Affairs of Udayana University, and I Putu Bagus Padmanegara as Chairman of the Student Executive Board of Udayana University.
UKM Udayana Expo will be held from August 7 to August 10, 2023, on this occasion also attended by the Student Activity Unit, Regional Groups, Religious Forums, and the Student Executive Board of Udayana University as exhibitors, which took place at the Rectorate of Udayana University, Jimbaran.
Implementation of Activities
UKM Udayana Expo 2023 has been carried out which is a work program from the Field of Interest, Talent, and Achievement of the Student Executive Board of Udayana University in 2023. This activity has a target activity target, namely new students of the class of 2023 with the aim of introducing various types of ORMAWA, so that later new students can choose a place for self-development both in academic and non-academic terms while studying at the University Udayana. In addition, this activity also indirectly wants to remove the stigma that participating in ORMAWA is only to get SKP. In fact, there are many learnings, experiences and relationships obtained when participating in ORMAWA.
The Udayana Expo 2023 UKM activity carries the theme "Make Your Choices, Develop Your Potential" which has meaning and hope, namely Udayana University students, especially new students of the class of 2023, can find and determine a place for self-development that suits their passion. In addition, it is hoped that Udayana University students will also be able to survive and be able to innovate more creatively through the ORMAWA they choose. So that in the end they were able to make brilliant achievements and make Udayana University proud. This was also stated by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs who wanted students to actively make achievements so that ORMAWA would not be frozen.
The opening of UKM Udayana Expo 2023 was opened by the Merak Angelo dance as a symbolic opening dance, then continued with the reading of prayers, singing the song Indonesia Raya and Hymn Udayana, remarks from the committee to the rectorate, and finally the release of balloons as a sign that UKM Udayana Expo 2023 has been opened symbolically. During the activity, not only introducing exhibition stands, but many activities carried out in the activities of UKM Udayana Expo 2023 such as Live Performance, Sharing Session, Games and others. Of course, this is done to anticipate the saturation of ORMAWA friends and visitors in the hot sun. The participation in this activity are:

The preparation for UKM Udayana Expo 2023 was carried out in less than 1 week. But with the efforts and hard work of the committee, finally this activity produced quite satisfactory results. In its implementation, approximately 2,000 new students have attended UKM Udayana Expo 2023, this can be seen through the data provided by the committee. It can be stated that new students are very enthusiastic about visiting ORMAWA exhibition stands because they get a lot of new knowledge that was never obtained before when sitting in junior high school and high school.
